TRIO Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please read these terms carefully before booking your retreat.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place at the retreat. The current deposit amount is shown in the live booking flow.

Final payment

Final payment is due 60 days before the retreat.

Cancellation more than 90 days before the retreat

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, the deposit will be retained, and 75% of any additional payments made toward your retreat will be refunded.

Cancellation 60–90 days before the retreat

If you cancel 60–90 days before the retreat, the deposit will be retained, and 50% of any additional payments made toward your retreat will be refunded.

Within 60 days of the retreat

Beginning 60 days before the retreat, all payments are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due in full.
